At Incanto Cosmetics, we want to make sure your experience purchasing from us is as enjoyable as possible from beginning to end. That’s why we’ve worked hard to make sure our store policies are fair, clear, and transparent. You can find a full outline of our policies below. OUR RETURN POLICY
Due to the FDA regulations on the prohibition of reselling previously purchased make-up; unfortunately, we do not accept returns on situations of color mismatch, dislike of formula/color, etc. Please see below for when we do accept returns.

We will gladly accept returns on products that arrive broken. Please contact us, with pictures, as soon as you receive your broken order so we can get it resolved and sent back out to you as quickly as possible!
OUR CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
We accept cancellations and will issue full refunds on orders that were placed less than 48 hours prior to the cancellation request. If the cancellation request comes after 48 hours, we will extend the offer of a 50% refund of the product cost, as our production of the products would have already begun.

Once your order has been shipped it is no longer eligible for any refund.
OUR SHIPPING POLICY
We have a set shipping rate and will not change it at request. It is set to provide the best rates for our buyers while also keeping our product's cost lower! We do, however, offer free shipping on domestic orders over $50!
All items will be shipped out within seven (7) business days of the purchase, some will ship quicker. For US buyers, your order typically arrives within seven (7) business days after it is shipped.
The shipping service will vary dependent upon the weight and size of your order, most of our orders will ship as USPS First Class Mail 2-7 Day, however, you can choose to upgrade to USPS Priority 1-4 Day when you check out.

At Incanto Cosmetics, we strive to maintain the utmost sterilization of our workplace and tools. We carefully handle each ingredient and product that we ship to eliminate the possibility of any cross-contamination of ingredients.

As stated above, we place top concern on eliminating any cross-contamination of ingredients to ensure that no unlisted ingredients will be in any of our products. The purchaser is responsible for their knowledge of personal allergies and Incanto Cosmetics is not to be held liable for any incidents.
